Welcome to Our Practice
Welcome to our Practice website. We are open and here to help you!
Making an appointment
If you need urgent medical advice or treatment, please call us on 0151 295 3737 before 10.30am.
Routine telephone consultations and face to face appointments are now available to book up to 4 weeks in advance with a GP of your choice where available.
Telephone triage
We are currently operating a telephone triage system for urgent on the day appointments. This means you will be asked to provide some brief information about your healthcare needs over the phone with a member of our team.
eConsult
For routine or non-urgent issues, you can also contact us online by filling out the form on our website. We will respond to you within two working days.
Repeat prescription ordering
We will no longer be taking repeat prescription orders over the telephone or accept repeat prescription requests from Pharmacies. Please post your paper prescription request in the post box situated in the reception foyer and only tick the items that you require. Alternatively you can Download the NHS App to order repeat prescriptions and get health advice. You can also use the NHS App to view and share proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status.
Visiting the surgery
For when we feel that you need to come in to the practice for a face-to-face appointment, we have a range of COVID-19 safety measures in place, including regular cleaning of all patient areas and social distancing.
Urgent care during evenings and weekends
If you need urgent care, particularly during the evenings and weekends when the practice is closed, you can contact NHS 111 at any time – go to: 111.nhs.uk or dial 111. NHS 111 is staffed by fully trained advisors and clinicians who provide over the phone triage and arrange face to face appointment slots with an out-of-hours GP, at a walk-in centre, or a local hospital A&E department if required.
We are here to give you easy access to high quality care, the most appropriate treatment and health advice from suitably qualified staff. Our practice area includes all of Liverpool 2, 3, 4, and 5, and part of Liverpool 1, 6, 7 and 20. Please contact reception if you are unsure if you live within our area.
